Frost is a fan who has published Amenolagnia, Apocalypse Au Go Go, Big Sleaze, Mimezine Flashback, Scaramouche, The Total Animal Soup of Time He produced the podcast Martian Drive-In Podcast and was "Insulting Editor" on Struth!. He was an unsucesstul DUFF candidate in 1986.
