Brooklyn, NY fan who entered fandom in the early 1950s and published the fanzines Quagmire and Eight Pager. He studied psychology at Florida State University.

In L. D. Broyles' Who's Who in Science Fiction Fandom (1961), Quagliano reported that he had attended Philcon, Clevention, and Westercon.
