A regional convention held in the Latham-Albany-Schenectady-Troy area in Upstate New York from 1981 to 1986. It was sponsored by LASTSFA. (The "LAST" stood for Latham, Albany, Schenectady and Troy, four cities in the area.) It was succeeded about ten years later by Albacon
