Diversicon 9 was held August 3-5, 2001 at the Holiday Inn Express in St. Paul, MN. The theme was "How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Ring." GoH was Stephen Pagel, Special Guest was Keith Hartman, and Posthumous Guests Of Honor were Stanley Kubrick and J. R. R. Tolkien.
