This is a fanzine published by Max Keasler of St Louis. Its first issue was a joint issue with Ray Nelson's fanzine Universe and named Universal Fanvariety. Starting with issue 2 it was named Fanvarity and then in 1952 it was effectively continued under the name Opus. (Did you mean a different Opus?)
