Midwest Construction I was a con-running convention held the weekend of September 20-22, 2002 at the Embassy Suites O'Hare in Rosemont, IL. It was chaired by Steven H Silver and sponsored by MFCI. Erik Olson noted that it beta-tested the hotel used for the next year for SMOFCon 21.
