InConJunction IX was held June 30 - July 2, 1989 at the Indianapolis Airport Adam's Mark. The Author GoH was Raymond Feist, the Artist GoH was Don Maitz, the Special Guests were Michael P. Kube-McDowell, Paul O. Williams, Janny Wurts, Timothy Zahn, and the Fan GoH was Tony Ubelhor. The toastmaster was Arlan K. Andrews, Sr. and it was chaired by Joann Brooks.
