John Richard "Klon" Newall was a huckster who sold rare and collectible books and lived in Athens, GA. He ran the mail-order Klon's Interplanetary Books.
He was a member of First Fandom, and tributes to him appeared in Scientifiction (New Series #51, 1st Quarter 2017).
