Peter J. Humphris[1]. was a fan likely from London, UK active in the 1940s. He was a member of the Cosmos Club, reported as a new member in its official organ, Cosmic Cuts v3#5 (February 1945). Sadly, we don't know much more about him, aside from a anecdote in Cosmic Cuts v5#2 (June 1946) from which we learn that he smoked a pipe and was part of an expedition of Club members that retrieved the remnants of the Science Fiction Association library from Harry Kay in Catford.
