Donald A. Chappell, a Tulsa, OK, fan active in the 1950s, was president of the Oklahoma Science Fiction Confederation, pubbed the fanzine Nite Cry and attended Oklacon. He married Evelyn Dolores Chappell in 1947 and they had a son, David, in 1952.
