Norwescon XXXI was held March 20-24, 2008 at the Doubletree Hotel in SeaTac, WA. The GoH was Dan Simmons, the Artist GoH was Ciruelo, and Naomi Novik Special GoH. It was chaired by Tracy Knoedler, and attendance was 3048.
