This was a hoax convention organized by David Vereschagin. It's PR said, "Datacon is a hoax convention, but one which you can join..." Though you can't attend it, Dadacon promises you will receive PRs, a program book and a membership card.

• Fan GoH -- $3.00

Well before it didn't happen, it already had two Fan GoHs: Don Fitch and Christine Kulyk.
