Apex Magazine is "an online prose and poetry magazine of science fiction, fantasy, horror, and mash-ups of all three." It is published by Apex Publications and the editors have included Lynne M. Thomas (issues 30 in 2011 to 55 in 2013), Jason Sizemore, Michael Damian Thomas.

It received nominations for the Best Semiprozine Hugo in 2012 and 2013.
