UK SF fan Mowatt is self-described as a "Science Fiction Fan, runner, podcast producer, Lindy Hopper and history enthusiast." He was the 2013 TAFF winner. He published the fanzines Pips and BEAM and the The Little Book of 42s as well as Tiny Taffzine, TAFFtastic, TAFFworld, and Lost in Space, the LX convention newsletter.
He has written From Parkrun To London Marathon.
