Back to Our Futures was an online convention running in UK time on November 1–3, 2024. It was announced on September 9, 2024 and described as 'an online convention to enjoy the replay programme of Glasgow 2024: A Worldcon for Our Futures and to hang out together'[1].
The team behind the event were Claire Brialey, John Coxon, Andrew January, Emily January, Meg MacDonald, and Alison Scott. It was independent of Glasgow 2024.
The convention was open to all members of the Glasgow 2024 Worldcon free of charge. There was a dual-track programme drawn from members' suggestions of recommended recorded items available on the Glasgow 2024 portal – although attendees could of course watch whatever they liked – augmented by a few 'live' items such a quiz, a Discord, and social events over Zoom.
