Cyril Fleisher was a fan from London active in the 1950s. He was a member of the British Interplanetary Society and attended the Supermancon in 1954 where he was responsible for arranging the cab that took several other London fans to the convention.
A brief note in Science Fantasy News #13 (August 1955) reports that 'Cyril Fleischer [sic] ... is now touring Scandinavia'.
The dates are to a degree speculative. There was a Cyril Fleisher born in London on the date above, it seems at least plausible, and the name appears uncommon.
