C. Ross Chamberlain is a fan artist and fan writer. He was born in North Carolina and lived in Boston and New York City and then Cleveland, and in 1992, moved to Las Vegas. He was a member of the Nycon 3 committee and a member of the Fanoclasts, FIStFA, the Brooklyn Insurgents, the Truefan Ten and the Las Vegrants. He was part of the Corflu 25 committee.

He published Fangle and was a member of APA-F, TAPS, APA-Q, APA-V, and FAPA. He helped produce A Canticle for P. Schuyler Miller and contributed art to many other fanzines. He illustrated the 1971 edition of The Enchanted Duplicator.
