Reginald Taylor was a UK fan from Walsall active in the 1930s. He was a member of the Science Fiction Association (SFA), joining in July 1937. He is not otherwise mentioned in Novae Terrae and he is only identified by his initial, but Thrilling Wonder Stories (August 1937) reported him as among 'new members foreign' of the Science Fiction League and supplied the first name 'Reginald'.
