Bulgaria's de facto natcon (spelled Булгакон in Cyrillic, so Bulgakon would be an exact transliteration, although Bulgacon is the preferred version in English / Latin alphabet) held annually since 2000.

It was 26th Eurocon on August 5–8, 2004 in the sea-side Plovdiv; the GoHs were Robert Sheckley, Ian Watson, Sergei Lukyanenko, Andrzej Sapkowski, Roberto Quaglia and Patrick Gyger, the director of Swiss SF museum Maison d'Ailleurs. Another combined event was called "Gamecon".
