Ralph E. Orme was a UK fan from Coventry active in the 1940s. He was on the committee of Midvention in 1943 and a member of the British Fantasy Society.

Futurian War Digest reported that he was 'bombed out' in June 1941. While he was noted as a committee member of Midvention it's unclear if he was actually present as he's not mentioned in reports although he was one of the six attendees at the successor Midventionette in 1944. He is also mentioned in one version of the attendee list for Norcon II but not in the others so again it's not clear if he attended.
