The Official Organ published by Ken Brown for the Fantasy Artisans. (It may have been titled Fan Artisan.) After the first issue, it seems to have been folded into a column edited by [[Jerri in Frank Dietz's Science, Fantasy, and Science Fiction starting with issue 3. (See page 24.)
