Balticon 46 was a convention held May 25-28, 2012 (Memorial Day weekend) at the Marriott's Hunt Valley in Hunt Valley, MD. The GoHs were Jody Lynn Nye, Jim Odbert, Heather Dale, Ben Deschamps and Physics Nobel Prize winner William D. Phillips was Science GoH. Robert L. Asprin was Ghost of Honor and Richard L. Butler was "Fan Ghost of Honor".
The chairman was Nora Wright.
T. C. McCarthy won the Compton Crook Award for Germline. Last year's winner was James Knapp.
