Balticon 20 was a convention held Easter weekend, March 28-30, 1986 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Baltimore, MD. The GoHs were Nancy Springer, Vicky M. Wyman (artist), and the FGoH was Pat Kelly. Leslie Fish was Music Guest.

The chairman was Elizabeth Bowers.

In addition, Lillian Stewart Carl, Donald Kingsbury, Janet Morris, and Diana Paxson were all listed as special guests.

Sheila Finch won the Compton Crook Award for Infinity's Web. David R. Palmer was the previous year's winner.
