DNA Publications, an American publishing company, existed from 1993 to 2007. It was run by the husband-and-wife team of Warren Lapine and Angela Kessler and initially based in Massachusetts, then Virginia.

Its first publication, in 1993, was the semiprozine Harsh Mistress. DNA Publications distributed or published Aboriginal SF, Absolute Magnitude, Artemis Magazine, Pirate Writings, Science Fiction Chronicle and Weird Tales, among others.
