Since the 2023 Worldcon will be held in China, a NASFiC will be held in North America. Site Selection was held at Chicon 8 in 2022.
Bidders were Orlando in 2023, which withdrew in August 2022, and Winnipeg in '23, which became Pemmi-con 2023, Winnipeg, MB, Canada. 343 ballots were cast in the election, with 312 in favour of Winnipeg.
