Kerstin (Katy) Dröge Macdonald is a German fan and filker who became active in 1991. With Juliane Honisch, she is a member of the filk group Ju and Katy. She is also part of the German filk group Barbership.

She help build contacts between German filkers and British and North American filkers and helped to found FilkContinental in 1997 and has been a member of the committee (frequently co-chairman) since. She married fellow filker Steve Macdonald in 2006 who she met at OVFF 14 in 1998.
