Boskone 34 was a convention held February 14-16, 1997 at the Sheraton Tara, Framingham in Framingham, MA. The GoH was John M. Ford, the Official Artist was Ron Walotsky, and the Special Guests were Jerry Kaufman and Suzanne Tompkins. It was chaired by Davey Snyder, the Featured Filker was Tom Smith and attendance was about 800 with 991 members.

Boskone 34 also hosted FanHistoriCon 6, which brought Rob Hansen over from the UK through by a special FanHistoriCon Fan Fund, and included a series of special fan history program items.

The Boskone Book was From the End of the Twentieth Century, a collection fo stories by John M. Ford.
