A WSFA-sponsored Worldcon bid for Washington, DC, in 1950, which advertised in the Cinvention program book. It lost to Portland in 1950, a bid by the Portland Science-Fantasy Society for NorWesCon. See 1950 Site Selection.

They apparently bid again in the 1951 Site Selection and lost to New Orleans in 1951.

Dave and Pam MacInnes (and pets) support Capicon in the Cinvention Program Book.
