Craft is an American artist, born in Japan. She received a BFA from a Japanese art school, then moved to America to obtain further training at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She began her career as a freelance professional artist in 1970. She has provided artwork for diverse publications, including magazines, children's books, and book covers.
