Katherine Kurtz

(1944 --)

Katherine Irene Kurtz is the author of numerous fantasy novels, most notably the Deryni novels.

Although born in America, for several years she lived in a castle in Ireland. She now lives in Virginia. She is known to have been friends with fellow author Anne McCaffrey.
