Pat Kennedy was a fan who, along with his wife, Peggy Kennedy, was very well known for costuming and often served as the MC of masquerades. He was one of the first members of the International Costumer's Guild and co-chaired CostumeCon 7 with Peggy. Pat and Peggy also published The Kennedy Compendium, the first handbook on running SF masquerades. They lived in the Greater New York area and later in Oregon.
