Maureen Kincaid Speller is a SF book reviewer, writer, editor, and former librarian. She is probably best known as a fan writer and fanzine publisher, but has served in numerous convention committees.
She has been a member of the following apas: Acnestis, (founded and OE), Prophecy, The Secret Garden, ANZAPA, TurboAPA. She was a member of BSFA and was Administrator and edited some issues of Vector.
She currently works for WritersServices as a freelance editor. She is married to fellow fan Paul Kincaid. She was a Rotsler Award judge, 2004-2006.
