Minicon 23 was a convention held April 1-3, 1988 at the Radisson South Hotel in Bloomington, MN. Guests of Honor: Eleanor Arnason, Eric Heideman, Frederik Pohl, Crystal Marvig and Richard Feynman (posthumous). Jane Yolen, David Hartwell, and Algis Budrys were honored guests.
The convention did not have a chairman, but was run by an Exec consisting of: David Dyer-Bennet, Beth Friedman, Susan K. Grandys, Martin Schafer, and Geof Stone. Attendance is unknown, but more than 1945 members were pre-registered. The convention theme/motto was "Spring Forward, Fall Over."
