Balticon 38 was a convention held at the Wyndham Inner Harbor Hotel, Baltimore, MD, Memorial Day weekend, May 28-31, 2004. The GoHs were Lois McMaster Bujold, Dave Seeley & Heather Alexander.
The chairman was Dale Arnold.
E. E. Knight won the Compton Crook Award for Way of the Wolf. The previous year's winner was Patricia Bray.
