Lunacon 2 was held April 13, 1958 in Room 203, of 213 West 53rd St, Manhattan. GoH: Frank R. Paul. It had 85 members.
The program was:
- Films taken at Loncon (the 1957 Worldcon) by John Victor Peterson, Frank Deitz and Belle Deitz.
- "Isaac Asimov, the Man--the Writer" -- A panel with a recorded greeting by Asimov, and panelists Thomas S. Gardner, Robert Silverberg, Henry Moskowitz and Randall Garrett and moderated by Sam Moskowitz.
- "What Editors Think of Fans -- A panel with Hans Stefan Santesson, Larry Shaw and Algis Budrys moderated by Belle C. Deitz.
- "Science Fiction Cover Art" -- A two-hour slide show by Sam Moskowitz and Christina E. Haycock.
