Balticon 1 was a convention held at the Emerson Hotel in Baltimore on February 10-12, 1967. It had no GoH and no chairman. The convention lost money, and Roger Zelazny made up the deficit by prepaying his dues to something like 1980. It included a Great Wall dinner.
There was a brief convention report by Frank Prieto in the March 1967 issue of Science Fiction Times.
