The 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation which sponsored the Baltimore in '98 Worldcon bid as well as BucConeer, the 1998 Worldcon which resulted from its victory.

In 2009 it renamed itself the Baltimore Washington Area Worldcon Association. In late 2013 it launched the DC17 Worldcon bid.
