Morris E. Allan was a UK fan from Hounslow in west London active in the 1940s. He joined the Cosmos Club (CSC) as reported in Cosmic Cuts v5#3 (August 1946). V5#5 in December 1946 said that he was 'unable to attend meetings' and had now been called up and posted to Northern Ireland.
