Mike Booth was a fan from Nottingham, UK active in the 1960s. He was a member of the Forest Fields Science Fiction Society and one of the editors of its clubzine, Icarus.
He was a member of Bullcon and attended Repetercon, the 1963 and 1964 Eastercons respectively. By the latter he'd relocated to Bristol.
