Andrew Salmond was a UK fan from Glasgow active from the 1930s and to some degree into the 1950s. He was a member of the Science Fiction Association (SFA), the Science Fiction League (SFL) and the British Fantasy Society (BFS).

Salmond joined the SFA in 1937. Thrilling Wonder Stories (August 1937) reported him as among 'new members foreign' of the Science Fiction League and did so with such enthusiasm that he was noted twice under minor address variants, . He was a reader of Futurian War Digest and #17 (February 1942) reported him expecting an imminent call-up to the Royal Air Force. He joined the BFS in 1945.

He published one novelette, 'Stimulus', in Astounding (November 1958). Always assuming it's the same Andrew Salmond, obviously.
