Kranold v. Ackerman?[edit]
I'm not sure if Kranold ever sued Ackerman per se; what I do see is that he reported him to the State Board of Industrial Relations for operating a literary agency without a license. - Great find again, I had been curious about this one. I am all for updating pages with sourced period details without hesitation (what else is Fanac.org, and Fancy, for?).
