Valma Brown was a Melbourne fanzine editor and publisher. She was on the Perth in '94 Worldcon bid committee. She ran for GUFF in 1987.
She was married to Leigh Edmonds. Originally from Queensland, she moved to Melbourne and got into fandom there. She studied at the University of Melbourne.
