Fan Ted Pauls was the owner of T-K Graphics, a prominent mail-order sf bookstore beginning in the 1970s. He co-chaired Balticon 5 through Balticon 8 and was a member of the Baltimore SF Forum. He was a member of the Philadelphia in 1977 and Baltimore in '80 Worldcon bids. He was one of the publishers of Croatan House.
