H. C. “Buzz” Dixon, a Los Angeles fan active beginning in the 1970s, has been a member of LASFS since 1978. He was a frequent contributor to fanzines such as Science Fiction Review.

In the early ’70s, he lived in North Carolina and Mississippi and belonged to the SFC. He was a member of the N3F.

He also served in the Army, based in San Francisco.
