Es Cole (née Esther Douglas), a California fan, was a member of the Elves, Gnomes & Little Men's Science Fiction, Chowder & Marching Society and published the fanzines Orgasm, and The Big O.
She was on the SFCon (the 1954 Worldcon in San Francisco) committee, along with her her husband, Les Cole, who co-chaired it.
She and Les were inducted into the First Fandom Hall of Fame in 2017. She survived Lester in 2019, along with their sons Dana and Lance.
