After doing some research, there is no evidence in the 1930 or 1940 census that Louise Leipiar and June Moffatt were mother and daughter. June's birth name was June Poulsen; census and marriage records match June Poulsen to June Konigsberg and to June Moffatt.
LASFS published a photo of June hugging Louise sometime after 1949, with the caption that Louise was her mother.
