Milt Stevens was a club fan and con-runner living in the LA area. He co-chaired LACon II, the 1984 Worldcon. as well as LA 2000 (the first Loscon and Westercon 33 and has worked on numerous other regionals and Worldcons.

He was a member of LASFS (and served in most of the offices), the Institute for Specialized Literature, and SCIFI. He did program for Corflu 34 and, when the con wound up in the red, contributed $1200 to balance the budget. He was a member of TAPS, FAPA, APA L, LASFAPA, FLAP, SAPS, and The Cult.

An obituary was published in Scientifiction (New Series #54, 4th Quarter 2017).
