Southern Fandom refers to fans living south of the Mason-Dixon Line, generally that in the U.S. states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia. Texas is sometimes included.

They have a cohesive spirit and several of their own regional clubs, such as the Southern Fandom Confederation, and an annual rotating convention, DeepSouthCon. There is also MidSouthCon, held annually in Memphis.
