Elizabeth Mabel Binker Glock Hughes, Ph.D., was a fan living near Atlanta, GA and long-time member of the Southern Fandom Press Alliance which she joined in January 1971.
She was married to Steve Hughes from 1971 to 1991 and they were SFPA Emergency Officers during a terrible crisis several years later. They ran DeepSouthCon 14 in 1976 (co-chaired with Ned Brooks.)
