(Did you mean a Taral Wayne MacDonald fanzine or Sci-Con or Scicon conventions?)
Eastercon 21, SCI-CON 70, was held in London over Easter, 1970. The GoH was James Blish. The committee was George Hay, Derek Stokes and Bill Burns.
Some have said that this was the worst Eastercon ever. Bob Shaw wrote in a column that "Some people are putting it about that SciCon ’70 was about as enjoyable as a game of blow football against a halitosis sufferer. But it’s wrong to go around making statements like that, quite apart from the fact that it could embarrass any halitous people who were listening."
